Color: rich, concentrated, dense, dark
Nose: ripe fruit, rich, spicy, caramel, cachou, vanilla, prune
Palate: rich, very nice substance, partially melted tannins, very good length in the mouth, powerful attack

Game meat, duck breast, duck confit with orange and prunes

16-17 ° C

AGING
You can drink it now because the tannins have melted well. Good aging potential from 7 to 8 years.
